  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

2. Free Shipping

  • Available on orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas.

International Shipping

We’re proud to ship globally! Please be aware that:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties
  • Delivery times may be longer for international destinations
  • All shipments include the necessary customs documentation

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your coastal-inspired wardrobe as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Final sale items (see below) cannot be returned or exchanged

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Swimwear (for hygiene reasons, unless tags are intact and protective liner is in place)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page
  • Gift cards

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps for a hassle-free return or exchange:

  2. Wait for Approval
    Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you return instructions with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  3. Package Your Items
    Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Return

  5. Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Refund Information

Once your return is processed:

  • Timing: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days after we process your return, depending on your payment provider.
